Dean, a lifelong biker, has been riding motorcycles ever since his grandma whooped him with an Indian bead belt because Dean’s brand new bell bottom jeans from J.C. Penny his Grandma had just bought got ripped up by the minibike’s chain sprocket. While he prefers to ride All American Harley – Davidson Bikes he has owned and rode lots of high-performance racing bikes to metric cruisers. While in the Military stationed overseas in Germany, he owned a Ninja R6 and a Harley at the same time.
He is Retired from the U.S. Army and was successful as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO). His last official position with the Army was 4th Brigade 4th Infantry Division’s Operations Sergeants Major. That means Dean was the “Sergeant of Sergeants” who reported directly to the Colonel in command of 6,000 soldiers.
After his retirement from the U.S. Army, Dean continued to ride motorcycles, and he was very involved in advocating for motorcycle rights with the Coalition of Clubs and Independent Riders Organization. Dean was also a member of the U.S. Defenders Motorcycle organization.
Dean remembers it this way, “My Journey to Motorcycle Man’s team began with a life-altering accident. I initially hired a general practice attorney, but I quickly realized I needed a specialist who understood the unique challenges riders face. When I switched to Motorcycle Man Law, I received the direct, honest, and expert representation I needed and deserved. They navigated my complex legal case and negotiated my medical bills, ensuring I received a settlement that allowed me to recover financially and get back on the road.”
Dean believes in helping fellow bikers to learn the safety aspects and the mentality to blend in and be a positive member of any motorcycle community he is involved with.
Dean and Motorcycle Man are co-authors on the Blawgs! you see on this site regarding biker safety and lawsuit realities. One of Dean’s favorites is about Loud & Obnoxious Pipes. See our Blawg! page here: Loud & Obnoxious Pipes
Dean is the one to call when you need information to help you survive and navigate this world of Motorcycle Freedom and Biker Protocol.
Having experienced the heights of the biker lifestyle and the lows of a major recovery, Dean sums it all up, “I am now proud to work for the firm that protected me. From my job on the front lines talking with potential clients to the support teams and lawyers that will be handling your case, this is a bad ass team that will work to ensure that you get the justice you deserve. I am here to ensure that fellow riders receive the same elite level of advocacy and respect when they need it most.”
